From each corner cut toward the centre but stop when
you get to 2 centimetres from the centre.
Make a hole at the opposite corner (see the picture)
with the pin.
Bring the ends with the holes in them to the centre
and fasten them through the holes and the centre to the top of the
clothespin (with the thumbtack) - see the picture.
Turn the pinwheel paper over when you fasten it so
that the curved edges are underneath.
Be careful not to push the thumbtack in too far or
the wheel will not turn.
You can also colour the clothespin if you like.
