It appears that farmer Brown has a bit of a dilema. He has very carefully fenced in his property but now he wants to subdivide it into 4 parts, each having the same area (4 squares on the diagram at the left). The catch is that he will get a great discount of he uses an ODD number of fence pieces. The store owner is a bit if a prankster.
