1.  Fold the paper in half the long way.

2.  Draw a line across the top opposite the folded edge (about 2 centimetres down).

3.  Cut from the folded edge to the line you have drawn at the top. Make each cut about 1 centimetre apart.

4.  Open up the paper and roll into a circle (see picture)

5.  Attach the top, middle and bottom with glue or tape.

6.  Attach a strip of paper for a handle.
